Working with Private Clients
If you struggle to get to sleep, it can be really hard to figure out why! In our sessions I will ask you to take me through a normal day and night and go onto look at what steps you can take to improve your sleep. We can cover sleep foundations, hormones, overthinking and sleep anxiety.
